The interior of the cabin was kept extremely conservative at the customer's request. The majority of the work was carried out by Intercamp. In the cabin there is a separate WC with shower, a short kitchenette, original Bundeswehr storage cupboards made from light metal cabins, a bed, a seat and an open cupboard for storing and air-drying diving suits with a drip tray underneath. If required, the entire interior can be removed and replaced with a fully-fledged living compartment. A water filter (Water-Jack FreshAssembly 3H 100.000 Inox) can be taken over from the existing extension - however, new filter cartridges would have to be installed here. The same applies to the photovoltaic control system and the auxiliary heating.
Pictures of the interior fittings will follow.
Other:
Spare wheel carrier incl. a large aluminum storage box with two opening flaps and two spare wheels mounted above it
The spare wheel carrier was designed to be foldable at the customer's request so that the rear access door can still be used.
The folding mechanism meant that the material thickness had to be increased. The carrier can therefore only be used with a load increase to 9,000 kg GVW.
MAN has already confirmed that this is not a problem with correspondingly heavier HA leaf springs.
Without changing the leaf springs (actual condition), a GVW of 8,000 kg would be possible.
The spare wheel carrier is currently dismantled.
A complete service (all filters + all fluids) is recommended due to longer downtimes.
The vehicle is ready to drive, but must be started externally as the starter batteries are defective.
A test drive is possible at any time.
Vehicle value (purchase and conversion combined): ~ 120,000 €
All invoices available.
